This is a link to a good article with pictures about the VCT by Dan Casey. Dan Casey has been riding bicycles — racing, touring, commuting and working — since he was five years old. He’s a former youth bike trip leader for American Youth Hostels; spent two years as a full-time bike messenger in Washington D.C. — where he was known as the Kamikaze Courier — and cycled from Seattle to New York in 1983.
