News: National Trails Day – June 1, 2013
National Trails Day, originated by the National Hiking Association is a day to celebrate Trails everywhere. And that should include rail-trails and multi-use and rail-trails. Why not go out and walk, run, bike, skate, ride a horse, birdwatch, do a cleanup project, or picnic on your favorite trail.

Overview:
We’re your source for information on multiuse trails and rail trails throughout the Southeastern United States. Find all the information you need to visit and enjoy these great trails. Find great places to walk, run, skate, bicycle or even to ride horseback!
We focus on the longest and best trails of the Southeast, with particular focus on the Silver Comet Trail, Chief Ladiga Trail, the American Tobacco Trail, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, the Long Leaf Trace and the Tammany Trace. These are the biggest trails but by no means the only ones. Discover a terrific trail near you or near where you are going.
We provide information on great places to stay, eat, rent a bike or interesting nearby attractions for the Trails.
We strive to provide the most accurate and up to date information possible. If you find an area that we need to work on, please let us know (admin@TrailExpress.com)! If you like something particular about the site, also please let us know.

Come back to this site for updates on the Trails and addition of future Trails. If you have any comments or questions, please contact us.
We wish you enjoyment of all the great trails of the Southeast!

Have you ever thought about including a little bit
more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is
important and everything. However just imagine if you added
some great images or video clips to give your posts more, “pop”!
Your content is excellent but with pics and video clips, this website could certainly be one of the best in its niche.
Very good blog!
